Join us for Peace, Love and Peonies, where the beauty of nature meets relaxation and creativity. Immerse yourself in the stunning fields of vibrant peonies as you explore our farm (bring your cameras!). After the tour, unwind with a gentle yoga and guided intuitive movement session that will help you connect your body and mind to the rhythm of the natural surroundings.

Experience deep relaxation in our soothing sound bath, designed resonate and heal at the cellular level. Enjoy a nourishing bring-your-own lunch and eat at beautifully decorated al fresco tables, towards the end of lunch Heather will provide two floral design demonstrations using peonies.

The retreat culminates in a hands-on bouquet making session, you’ll head out to the field and pick what you fancy. Then create your own beautiful floral arrangement using fresh peonies and other seasonal blooms. Take home a piece of the farm and remember your farm day retreat. Join us for a holistic experience that unites nature, wellness, and creativity.

There will be an optional cold plunge in Stavis Creek at the end of the day.

Tea, snacks and all materials and tools for the floral bouquet are provided.

    • Kathleen is a certified trauma-informed yoga therapist, embodied spiritual coach, and intuitive energy healer.

    • She supports people in their healing journey and path to integrated wholeness through energy work, yoga, intuitive movement, breathwork, embodiment coaching, and creative expression. She has a special focus working with anxiety and trauma. Kathleen holds sacred space for people to help them release stuck energy in their bodies, experience integration of shadow and hidden elements of self, and turn lovingly towards their pain and their hearts with generous amounts of self-compassion and love. 

    • Kathleen’s yoga classes are a combination of slow, intentional, and energetically engaged asana and intuitive movement. She has a strong focus on the breath and she often includes mantra or chanting interwoven throughout the class. The intentional incorporation of these additional practices allows people to more easily connect with subtler levels of the body and deepen overall body awareness. Kathleen’s classes are infused with self-compassion and kindness, mindful awareness, along with a healthy dose of lightness, humor, and love. 

    • 9:00 - 10:00 Arrive, have a cup of tea or cool beverage, set up your yoga mat, settle in and mingle with some wonderful humans.

    • 10:00 Farm tour and opening circle led by Heather to walk and talk about what is in blooming, growing practices, Stavis Creek, the salmon and answer any questions.  This is a great time to think about what you would like to pick for your bouquet.

    • 10:45 Gentle Yoga and Intuitive Movement practice, all of the host teachers are gifted instructors, and bring a fusion of a variety of types of  yoga (kundalini - hatha - tai chi) and various healing modalities.  All are welcome, from advanced yogis to those just wanting to give it a try.

    • 12:00 Gong and/or crystal bowl sound bath, followed by a meditation.

    • 12:15 Lunch and floral design demonstration.

    • 1:00 U-pick peonies and create your own bouquet.

    • 2:30 Closing Circle

  • 1. You can transfer your registration. You probably know of someone who would love to go if you can’t.

    2. If you are unable to transfer your ticket to someone, contact Heather Carnocki (vinnockifarm@gmail.com) to determine if there is a waiting list to the event, which could be transferred to someone on the waiting list.

    3. You can use your ticket for another event (within the same year) or floral centerpiece, again please contact me at vinnockifarm@gmail.com and we will see what we can work out.
